I would like to start a fish room in the basement soon. I was wondering if I could get some help on figuring out if this is the right pump for what I want to do. I have a Gast DDL HP80-101. Heres a pic:

My room in the basement is approx 19'x10'. I want to run approx:
(2-4) 120 gallons (4) 75 gallons (8) 10 gallons
Maybe a little more, maybe the same approx # of gallons but different tank combinations.

Will this pump give off enough air to run these tanks on sponge and corner filters alone?
Thanks,
Joe

before you buy from somebody else

we sell a really nice top-quality linear piston air pump
(japanese-made)....super quiet...
26 watt .9 cfm $250 15 - 25 outlets
45 watt 1.6 cfm $280 25 - 35 outlets
60 watt 2.4 cfm $330 35 - 50 outlets
80 watt 3.0 cfm $390 60 - 75 outlets
100 watt 4.3 cfm $475 80 - 105 outlets
120 watt 5.2 cfm $535 105 - 130 outlets

in your case I suggest the 45 watt
$280 plus Mass. tax (if your in Mass.)
no other charges....free shipping

we can also get you pipe valves if you need them
let us know if we can help
(any central air pump system works best in a loop,
I can explain)

I think you might do better
with the 60 watt
after re-reading your list of tanks

Hi Ned,
Well, this pump is already mine. I bought it used last summer while daydreaming about my fish room. I also bought a used gast 1/8 horsepower blower, which I will probably never need.

But, I am starting to build in the basement and will need to buy tanks, sponge filters, corner filters, heaters, etc. I am in worcester, mass and I am not really happy with any other stores between here and your place. I would love to go through your store to get the things I will need, I just want someone I can trust and count on for good advice. Cause starting this project I think the advice is the most important part.
I am interested in the (all glass) 120 gal. dim 48"x24"x24"( I think thats the dimensions). I would like to stack them 2 high. Can you get these and do you have a quote on 2 of them?
Thanks,
Joe

120 gal. dim 48"x24"x24"

would cost $335 each + tax

we can also deliver, but we'd have to charge extra to Worcester
