90 gallon with 12 inch oscar,6 inch sev and 8 inch JD...any plants that could survive that group??

You need plastic plants,
the natural diet for both Severums and Dempseys
is about 50% plants.
The Oscar won't eat them, he'll just knock 'em around.
You could maybe try Java Fern or maybe Anubias (anubias would be an expensive experiment).
