They are definitely more predatory than my old regani's -- I had "tested" the tank by putting in about a dozen 3/4" platies early last week, and they were gone a few days after I put the pikes in

your new pikes didn't read that article

no article - just my experience with a different fish. I was hoping that these were more like regani's and less like noto's (I've read of noto's taking down danios and slender tetras pretty frequently).

However - I often do find that the fish don't read the articles !

(except my one black ghost knife -- he didn't start _ the eyeballs out of tankmates until the week that I read about BGK doing so - then "slurp" ! )
