hi. i am going off to college in the fall to pittsburgh and i would like to bring my fish with me. i will be flying there each time and i was wondering how can i ship the fish so that he will be safe?

check ahead with the college
some dorms only allow 10 gallon tank maximum

it's a little bit of a project
...the fewer the fish, and the smaller they are, the easier of course...
check with the airline first
(they might still have the stupid carry-on liquid restriction...)
usually you can check it as baggage

might be easier to drive them down

in any case
they can be bagged with bag buddy oxygen pills
and put in styro shipping boxes to keep them safe

on the shipping boxes
be sure to remove all old labels
put your name, phone number,
and airport destination (probably PIT)
in case they get mislaid
