Post subject: | Identifying Light Fixture & Replacement Lights |
Ned- I purchased a small "Currents-USA" brand light from you quite awhile back. I just noticed one of the lights burned out at some point. I checked the fixture for any type of model numbers or things I could identify the unit so that I might buy a replacement light...no luck. From memory, I believe the unit has 2 actinic and 2 white lights side-by-side for a total of 4 lights, single fan...sitting on top of a hex-tank. I checked the currents websites and I think this might be it: 1030 36" 2 x 96 watt 2 x 96 watt 3 384w F 36.75" x 11.6" x 4.25" I can't be 100% sure though. Do you stock replacement lights or is this a special-order deal? I'd like to make a trip up that way to find some new and interesting things for my tank anyhow. |

I just measured the housing and it's roughly 20" long. There IS visible marking on the lights themselves which have the following numbers: 2023 2024 |

Ned - Thanks, sounds great. it's the actinic light that is burned out but it's probably about time to do them both anyhow. I'll give you a jingle. |
