I'm with you on the Hap. limax, I'd love to have some of those. I'd like the European version tho...not what is circulating here.

I don't think so

you were dis-satisfied with the shipment and I had to ship it twice

ned,

yes i was unhappy with the shippment, when you spend almost 400.00 i think you would expect to get what you paid for.

even with the second shipment there was only 1 deep water black the rest were hybrids, and the strain of crimnson tide looked like a wal mart brand. and with the first shipment out of every one that bought what was sold as red flank recieved hybrid whatevers, there were even hap. sp. 44 red tail females sold as
deep water black.

i would think that if they should at least be able to keep the species seperate.

having said all that the 400.00 turned out to be well spent as there are now pundamilia macrocephala in the united states, and i will be making money off them for quite a while.
granted as far as i know there are only two groups of them totaling 8 fish out of at least 50 that came here to texas.
and some how its me that you put it on. maybe your lack of knowledge on that group of fish also has something to do with it.

its sad to hear that there must be something in the water
back east where the retailers blame the customer rather than putting it where it belongs. { you and ken from kens fish are two peas in a bowl of crap soup} go ahead and ban me from your site and we can be done, but rest assured that all whom i know will also know of your attitude.

btw i have fish comming from france and germany, there is a consumer need for new victorian species, you want to be an &$$ than you loose. at a recent auction 140.00 was paid for 4, 1 week old yssichromis so you keep your attitude ill make the cash!

what a joke!

I don't know how Ned sees it.

But my problem is that the Czech order sends us young fish that we can't ID and according to you were the wrong ones. We have no way of being sure what’s what and no way of communicating directly with Czech dealers given the nature of the shipment. Its a big financial risk for us to order these and then have to reorder them again if a costumer is dissatisfied - as we can not get our money back from the Czechs. I don't blame Ned at all for not wanting to order huge amounts of Czech Vics again, given the risk and the money we lost last time.

I'm rather upset at your reaction... you have no consideration for a difficult situation. Why should we keep ordering fish that have come in as a bunch of hybrids, females, and misidentified fish, if we have no way of correcting the problem other than reordering and reshipping again and again. And why should I have to put up with you flying off the handle and writing a bunch of crap about us just because the Czechs don't send us what we ask them for.

I'm sorry that you can not understand the complexity of situation,
Sam

from what ned posted to me it was "you were dissatisfied" " sipped them twice" for his reasoning. he mentioned nothing about the crappy way the czech do bussnis. so how do you expect one to respond?

dont put it on the customer,

actually there are many avenues for proper id of young victorians.

they are fast becoming the cichlid to have. it would benifit ones self to not alienate customers by blaming them.
