Post subject:  Bulbs interchangable on lighting fixtures?

I'm currently looking into a lighting fixture for a new 90gal freshwater planted tank. I'm looking at Current USA's Orbit Model 1024, which has two Daylight and two Actinic lights. Since I'm not growing coral I'd prefer simply having four Daylight's. My question is can I simply swap out the two Actinic bulbs it comes with two more Daylight bulbs? Also if I can how much would Ned charge me for this fixture?

Thanks
-Mark

here are the options in 48" power compacts

CUR 48” SATELLTE 2x65W PC STRIP $150
CUR 48” DUALSAT 4x65W PC STRIP $250
CUR 48” ORBIT 4x65W PC STRIP $290
CUR 48” ORBIT EXTREME 2x130W PC STRIP $320
CUR 48” ORBIT 4x96W PC STRIP $575
CUR 48” ORBIT EXTREME 4x130W PC STRIP $750

for a 90 gallon plant tank I suggest 2 - 3 watts per gallon
so the 4x65watt makes the most sense to me (2.88 watts per gallon)

the orbit is a little more money than the satelite because you have more control
(extra switch for 1 set of lights, and fan does not run constantly)

they probably come with 2 dual actinics and 2 dual daylights

we can swap out for whatever color combo you want at no extra charge

the most popular color for plant people is dual daylight
half 6700 and half 10000 color temperature
(= aprox 8350 color temperature, close to supposed favorite for aquatic plants)

let me know any Sunday by 5 pm
and we'll have it for you the following Wednesday
