| "gota find my dictunary,,dikshunary..um.. that buck wid wurds init." I saw the above avatar on the scotcat website. I laughed and laughed until I stopped. Reminds me of customers who ask for chicklets, green terriers, buttercups, tubiflex, & swordfish. I'm not embarrassing them, they are not reading this (or anything else). Translate all five terms above into words well-read-fish-geeks (I) know and WIN a free bag 'o' fish food! Legal: No purchase necessary to win. Employees and relations of Uncle Ned's Fish Factory, Inc. are not eligible to participate. Goofing on customers is not encouraged but sometimes unavoidable. | I think my favorite was back when I used to sell dog food (as well as fish) -- "I got me one of them thar Rock-Welders" huh ? oh, Rottweiler ! "Yep, rock-welder, thats what I said " Recently I was asked for "aggressive" fish - so I'm showing the lady SA/CA cichlids, but warning her that her 55g was a bit on the small side for the fish she was looking at. Finally I got out of her that her "aggressive" fish were angels and gourami's !  |
