what would consider smallest tank for discus??

I would think a 20 gallon high
would be fine for 4 medium discus for about 6 months

they want to get big
so long term you want to use your largest available tank

65 gallon is a really good discus tank
36 x 18 x 24 inches
L x W x H

56 column tank is good too
30 x 18 x 24 inches
L x W x H

any big tank, 37 gallon, 45 gallon high, 55 gallon
