I THINK YOU NEED 3 TANKS, CICHLID KID.

I don't know which species you mean by Leopard puffer,
but most puffers eat Lobsters and other shelled animals.

The Polypterus may get nipped by the puffers,
also when the lobster molts, the Polypterus might eat the lobster.

As far as water chemistry goes,

the freshwater blue lobster IS freshwater and needs no salt...but a tiny pinch might help the lobster molt because of the iodine.

Depending on what species a leopard puffer is, it could probably use a little salt...certainly the pH should be above 7.2.

The Polypterus certainly will NOT care at all what the chemistry is...
as long as he's in water
with less than 2 teaspoons of salt
per gallon of water.
