I am about to aquire a batch of corydoras barbadas. These fish are happiest in water that's 70-75 degrees. What are some suggestions for species that would do well at similar temps and water conditions.
I've got a 125 I want to populate. I prefer smaller fish - 2" to 5". Any suggestions for tankmates?
I'm also hoping to plant heavily.

Thanx,
front-fan

Front-fan,

I keep my group of adult Corydoras barbatus with a school of large
Rainbowfish... and several large livebearers such as Swordtails.

The temperature in this set-up runs at about 72 F, and all of the
fish are doing well. I also have some Amazon Swords, Java Fern,
and a bunch of Java Moss in this tank.

Ned regularly carries some beautiful Rainbowfish... and many
varieties of colorful livebearers. Check with him on availability.

Good luck with your 125 gallon tank.

Bill M.
