Hey Ned - Recently bought and stocked a 55g cichlid tank (I returned the stand). Anywhoo...

All the fish are doing great, except for one of the two demasoni. He seems reluctant to swim around and explore the tank. He typically stays "stuck" to a place or two and stays there for extended periods. Lately, he's lounging in a spot at the bottom of the tank in a secluded spot directly laying on the substrate. Not aggresively eating.

The other demasoni, smaller, is more typical of the other fish in the tank - swimming and exploring, "calling" territories, aggressive eating habits.

What's typical behavior for demasoni?

it could be a female being scared, or it might be sick
