Hey Ned:

It looks like I have 4M and 4F, but believe me no complaints here. Not sure if you meant to send him my way, but I appear to have 1 OB male (which I am excited to have and looks great :P ) and 3 of the regular males. The 4F have the usual peach/orange body and black blotches and are on the smaller side of the group. The OB male has a cream body and blue blotching with a blotched orange dorsal and is as big, if not a little bigger, than the other males. I have heard OB males are rare, and this species is aggressive. How often do you see OB males? Would you recommend adding a couple more females? Is an OB male more likely to have OB male offspring?

Thanks,

Ben

Somebody told me it's more important to have the right female than the right male to make OB male babys....
I don't know if this is right...
but supposedly if you have the daughter of an outstanding blotched male...
her sons are likely to be good OB's...
anyway the batch you got are all brother & sister or
half-brothers & half-sisters
