Hey Ned,

Wondering how long a quickfilter should last. Tank was quite clear and now the powerhead seems less strong. I rinsed the qf in cold water and it didn't seem to help. Running now about 2 weeks I'd say.

I love 'em alot
but yes
the carts do clog quickly
they also don't stand up to alot of rinsing

to make it last longer, try carving a big sponge
...like a aquaclear 110 (old name 500) sponge
to shape
