well
in september and october
we often get very hot days
then very cool nights

the most common way to get a fish disease called ICK
is from a temperature drop

so be sure to check your thermometer on your aquarium every day to make sure your heater is working properly

most tropical fish aquariums should be at a consistent 77 degrees F.

also closely observe your fish daily
to make sure they do NOT have small white dots

Ick is easy to cure
but is fatal if not treated promptly

Glad I checked the temp when feeding tonight, from the temp of the water the heater probably died this morning

Bringing the temp back up slowly, wish me luck !!!!
