Any idea how I should treat this guy?
His fins and body look good. Looks like he just has a swollen cloudy eye.. maybe from someone else being aggressive or he banged it on something.. I don't think it's popeye.

I showed the right side so you can see that his fins and body look fine. It's just the left eye.

Melafix and Pimafix combo?
Maracyn?

Any idea's? Right now I have him quarantined to a 20Gal so I can destress and treat..

Thanks for the help,
Jay

Melafix and Pimafix combo?
I never found either of the above to be helpful

Maracyn?
yes
Erythromycin any brand is always helpful for eye damage

very good
best thing to do always is isolate the little monsters
either the bully or the victim, or both
...looks like he got beat up
hope he recovers for you , nice fish
...I would treat with maracyn, keep him seperate from all other fish, and cross your fingers

Excellent. Thank you for the advice.

He's actually one of yours. Bought 4 of them from you about a year ago and they've been doing great until this strange find yesterday.
Don't know who the culprit is as I haven't seen any real aggressive behavior from anyone.
I also think it happened at night when all the lights were off. So no idea what really happened.
