| Best way to get free or "almost free" fishes is to go to fish club meetings - there's almost always somebody with extra fish. closest to Boston would be the BAS - www.bostonaquariumsociety.org also close to Ned's would be the Tropical Fish Society of Rhode Island - www.tfsri.net I know I've seen unwanted Honduran Redpoints at BAS meetings. Its also a great way to get to know people who are breeding fishes and may have extras. On the other hand - nothing beats a trip to Ned's to buy some fishes ! |

hey - I'd never tell a paying customer to look for fish elsewhere -- but if they want free fish - well then I'm not costing you a sale (by definition) right ?  and maybe saving you some time explaining how you sell fish to make a living and nobody's giving you food for free plus you know what they say - give a man a fish, eh. Give him lots of fish, and multi-tank-syndrome, now he's gotta go to Ned's for Omega One and brine shrimp and filters and water conditioner and live plants and light bulbs and ..... ![[ img ]](http://bestsmileys.com/angles/14.gif) |
