Hi

I'm putting 5 gold barbs in a 20g tank. The barbs are about 2.5 inches long and well fed. Would a red tail shark be ok in this tank also?

If I added oto cats to the 20g would the red tail shark be ok with them?

If the red tail shark answers NO to any of those question would it be ok to replace the red tail shark with the less aggressive rainbow shark?

i dont think either shark would be ok in that tank. the biggest reason though, isnt the tankmates, its the size. I have heard they need at least a 40 gallon tank to swim around in.

maybe a smallish shark
with either one I'd keep an eye on them
