Okay, I've woken up the past couple days to rummies and neons with missing eyeballs?
Likely suspects (tankmates) include a couple discus, rams, and a para pleco.
Whodunnit?

How large are the Discus? Are there any other fish than what you listed in the tank?

A territorial or hungry discus/ram could dislodge an eye here or there... but if you're loosing eyes left and right... I'd think another fish is responsible.

Not too helpful, sorry,
-Sam
