Its very hard to take picture of these guys. Most of the time they simply appear to be plain silvers, and not blue silvers. The flash washes out the color too much.
I have three of these full grown PBs, two of which *appear* to be males. Blacks, pinoys is a whole another story.

Pinoy is the name used for any phillipine blue angel fish that has black "base" color. The name is used by the creator. Here is some information about the fish:

They are extremely difficult to get a good picture of, since the color is very metallic and the black is not recognized by my camera well. Most pictures end up being just dark. Here are a few which are half decent:
