I have a hair algae problem in my tank. Are there any remedies for that? I manually remove what I can each week, but it grows back pretty fast.

Here are the specs on my tank (10 gal):
4 tetras
1 zebra danio
4 cory cats
1 albino bristlenose pleco
anubias and anachris plants
weekly 40-50% water changes

78 degrees
0 ppm ammonia and nitrites
5-10 ppm nitrates

Aquarium light on for 9 hrs/day.
