basically any standard aquarium (up to a Perfecto 265 gallon)
can go onto any floor in any building that is safe to occupy...
but yes
if you have an unusually large aquarium
or particularly extra tall aquarium
it never hurts to ask

I allow aprox. 10 pounds per gallon to estimate
