I'm thinking about keeping 4-5 Julies in a 10 gallon along with a few zebra danios as dither fish. If a pair forms, I will sell the others. I'm worried that a 10 gallon isn't quite big enough, but I'm a student with limited space and money. Will my proposed setup work (at least for dwarf Julies like transcriptus)?

I'm not very interested in shellies. How about Lamp. caudopunctatus?

Thanks in advance.

in a ten
you could pretty easily do:

transcriptus or ornatus Julies
or
any shelldweller Lamps
or
Lamp Caudopunc (also like shells)
