transporting pet freshwater shrimp on a plane

a customer wrote to me:
I was actually at your store a few days ago. My girlfriend was buying bee shrimp and trying to figure out how to get them back to Pennsylvania (if you remember).

For what it's worth, she ended up putting them in salad dressing containers (turned out to be 3 oz of liquid, the limit) and just having the TSA people inspect it by hand so they didn't have to be x-rayed.
