| average temperature for the next 10 days will be about 44 degrees F okay to feed Spring/Autumn food to goldfish-only ponds but if you have koi wait to feed 'til about the 6th of April |

| Ned anything special I should do for the Koi this spring considering the extra mild winter we had this year ? I have the filter up and running and leaves cleaned out. I am planning on starting to feed in early April. All the fish seem to have wintered well no one is missing that I can tell |

| if we get a really warm day, and you measure the pond temp above say 53 F go ahead and try a small ammount of wheat germ / spring food |

| the week of March 2012 26th - 31st we are only going to have average pond temperatures in the 40's COLD AGAIN ! so do not feed your Koi |

| average temp in the Millis area expected to be 46 degrees F from April 5 to April 15 this is warm enough to feed goldfish lightly but koi ideally should not be fed til the water is about 52 degrees F so check your water temperature please ! |
