I was wondering if you carry a glass buffing kit that is OK to use in an aquarium. I know the market has plenty but I'm not sure if any of those are fish safe.

If you dont' have any... could you recommend a brand.

I have tried these, and have had no luck with them. It takes a LOT of elbow grease, and in the end the scratch is still there. There are some glass companies that will do it, but it's not cheap. If you can't live with the scratch, a new tank is probably cheaper and easier.
