After being without power for 11 hours today I started wondering short of getting a generator for house what to people do with long stretches of time with loss of power... everything seems fine..water temp down to 68 in both tanks but things SEEM to be fine right now..battery powered equipment???

Anyone try these?? instead of suction cups holding the clips that hold your heaters etc this product uses magnets...suction cups last me about 1 week so was wondering if these things are any good??

what would consider smallest tank for discus??

My Severum.4 years old has devoloped pop eye(exopthalmus?? SP) in one eye....other eye appears ok...other fish in tank appear ok... he still seems ok otherwise...any ideas or suggestions??
