Long finned Serpae Tetras.....compared to what? Tankmates?

Every Serpae Tetra Ive owned has always (eventually) had the longest fins in the tank.

Okay, I've woken up the past couple days to rummies and neons with missing eyeballs?
Likely suspects (tankmates) include a couple discus, rams, and a para pleco.

Sam. Thanks for holding on to these for me. Amazing how much they color up so quickly in planted tank with ph < 7. Ill try to take a pic after they have colored completely.
Also, thanks for turning me onto the chocolate killifish, nice addition to the community so far.

Ned,
Lost a group of robertsi tetra to a bout of ick (and an unattentive tank-sitter) during thanksgiving holiday. (Interestingly, no other species affected Angels, cories, ottos) Would like to replace soon (~ 8). Getting any in near term
