Thanks for the response Ned. The chocolates are 6" and 4" respectively. I hear there are some surinemenis that only grow to about 5" (Orange Head Tapajos). Also maybe some schooling fish would be nice...I have plants so silver dolars I think would be out. What other fish could I get t...

Hiy, I am looking on changing my tank setup a bit. I currentl have a 40 gal breeder with (2) chocolate cichlids, (2) Aureum, and (1) pleco peckotlia type. I was thinking of swapping out the Aureum for some other south american fish. I would love to keep some more cichlids...maybe an eartheater (suri...

Ned,
I was in a few weeks ago looking for a python no spill kit. At the time you only had 50 ft kits. I was looking for a 25 ft with maybe a 10 ft extension...DO you have these in stock now?

I am thinking I should be able to come by sometime on Sunday.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Ned, I just wanted to say thanks for your attention when I came in this past Saturday. I really appreciate the time you spent going over your selection of plecos. I really like the two I chose and they are starting to get used to their new setting and have been a bit more visible. My daughter jus...

I _ out a section of gravel with the water dump out the water then replace the gravel. I am finding lots of crap still mixed in with the gravel...Wo...

Thanks for the help Ned. I have been leary about trying plecos or other algae eater since the aureum used to breed in the tank and I was afraid they would stop. However since the Chocolate has gotten so big they have stopped doing that. I might try lowering the lights and finding out more about phos...

Oh I forgot to mention I have (2) Aquaclear 200s on the tank. I clean (1) filter at each water change (just rinse the sponges in the water I syphoned out and return to the filter). The filters each have (2) pieces of sponge media (no carbon). Periodically I have added some filer floss in with the sp...

Since the winter I have been having blue green algae issues in my tank. I tired erythromycn and that made it go away but it came back. I covered the tank in a blanket and shut the lights out for a week and that made it go away but it came back (much cheaper than erythromycn too). Obviously I am trea...

Hi, Ned I see you still have some neets what would you recommend as a tank size for keeping a breeding pair. My guess is I would need to start of with a group and wait until a pair emerges. Also a seperate question: do you carry 5' tanks...what is the price difference between a 75G and a 5' 120G? Th...
