I suppose it is possible.. I watch that pond like a hawk, and I'm doing something with it every other day. It is pretty small at 250 gals. For me to miss seeing a new fish, even a small one seems unlikely, but technically possible, and only after 10 years to get two new fish. Does that happen a lot?...

Apparently one of my neighbors, without my knowledge, dropped a new fish in my pond, because I can't explain where it came from. And I doubt it fell from the sky though the pond netting.. Yea.. I was more interested in using it to prevent infection if it is in fact just a scrape, not as much to treat anything. I found the scale at the bottom of the pond today and put it aside, I would like to use it to find out the approx age of the Koi since the fish came with the house and I don't ...

:D Thanks for the quick response, and the great info. I have some medication on hand, but I guess I'll just watch his behavior for a while and make sure the water stays balanced.
