mushrooms are actually anemones which might sting which is why I mentioned it 7" away is certainly not the problem change another 15% of the water in maybe 2 days can't hurt no tiny starfish? they're about half the size of your pinky fingernail... they EAT leather corals! you get rid of them wi...

Thanks for the picture it could have helped, but... I've never seen these symptoms before... Some things you can do without doing any harm... > change 75% of the water with new water of the same temperature (or slightly higher... 80 degrees F is good for this species) > use dechlorinator > add 2 tea...

they are tough....BUT...
90's is risky

try 65 - 82 degrees F when possible

by the way
tell the boss leave AC on at 79 degrees F
won't probably cost him a nickel
probably will save money
(it will take more juice to make a building go
from 95 down to 75
than it will to make it go
from 79 down to 75)

we should be getting some
hong kong plecos (hill stream loaches)
or
wide mouth plecos (chaetostoma)...

they won't hurt your plants and they are too big to get eaten

...about a week I hope

hmmm...never heard of the vinegar thing... I'm sceptical. The way a calcium reactor works is it bubbles CO2 from a compressed tank into a chamber containing saltwater and calcium carbonate (coral rock) this operation slowly releases calcium into the water which is utilized by your reef tank inhabita...

Also today I discovered not to use New Life Foods on Inverts. Some of my shrimp were dying and I didn't know why,
probably because New Life has copper sulfate in their foods,
so good for cichlids bad for inverts.

I'd probably just leave them in there and don't worry about it.

In future, the best thing to do is,
after you find a female holding for say a week,
catch her, and put her in a small tank by herself.

circular pond pi X radius squared X height = volume of a cylinder so 3.14159 times half-the-width times half-the-width again times the height (measured in feet) equals the cubic footage there are 7.45 gallons in a cubic foot example: if you have a circular pond 10 feet across and 2 feet deep your po...
