Great pics. Did they show any evidence of interest or pairing previously, or did it occur spontaneously? I have two, but I can't call them a pair yet, and am curious if something will develop over time. I've read Panduro's can be more picky with mate selection than other Apisto's. Do you have other ...

Recently purchased some great looking apistogramma's at Uncle Ned's and in researching any special care needs, I read several recommendations on using fallen autumn oak leaves to provide good natural habitat and naturally lower the pH a bit. Oak leaves I've got; anyone had any experience with this?
