Hi

Should you turn off your CO2 system at night when your lights go off or should you leave it on during the night?

Hello all,

I have a 30-gallon freshwater tank and am wondering if it's OK to use a stainless steel clamp inside the water column.

Thanks!

Happy New Year everyone! I’ve got an injured Gold Barb who looks to have been bitten by another Gold Barb. He has a red ¼ inch red wound/sore down by his tail. I placed the injured fish in a quarantine tank last Wednesday alone and started using Melafix everyday as directed. The wound/sore doesn’t a...

Hi Ned,

Thanks for the quick reply! I apologize for not knowing this, but what are "bag buddies"? We could possibly come by your store sometime next Friday afternoon to talk about this in more detail. Forgot to mention, we're moving from Worcester to the Portland, Maine area.

Hey Ned

Do you still have those widemouth plecos in stock? I couldn't make it down a couple of weeks ago but I'll be down this Saturday unless we get a snow storm. Now there's no chance of that happening, is there???

Thanks for the reply, Ned! Can you tell me how big those plecos get, and are they suited for a 20 gal. tank?

I should be dropping down your way over this weekend.

Thanks again!

Is there any difference in all the carbon I see for sale? What should a good carbon consist of? What brands do you recommend? Do...

Hi

I should have mentioned that I am thinking of using this product in my 30g planted freshwater if after research it sounds ok to use. I think I may keep up with water changes though, better safe than sorry. Thanks.

Hi

Anybody use or know anything about this product? They say you don't have to replace it for 4 - 6 months and you don't have to change water for 5 years. I know what they say about if it sounds to good to be true.
